Founding member terms

These terms explain what you get with a UGCdesk founding seat. UGCdesk is a product of Miraix Creators by M. Rötzer, Allschwil, Switzerland. The purchase itself is processed by Polar, our merchant of record, under Polar's buyer terms.

What you get

• Every feature of the UGCdesk Pro plan, including features added later, for one creator account, for as long as UGCdesk is offered. You pay $69 once. There is no subscription.
• Access in mid-January 2027, as a private beta first.
• A direct line to the founder while UGCdesk is being built.

What it doesn't include

• AI features (such as brief import) come with a fair-use limit that covers normal use by one full-time creator.
• Team or agency plans with several creators in one workspace.
• The seat is personal and can't be transferred or resold.

Refunds

• If founding members don't have access by 31 January 2027, you can ask for a full refund until you get access.
• After you get access, you can ask for a full refund within 14 days, for any reason.
• Write to hello@miraixcreators.com. Refunds go back to your original payment method through Polar.

Seat limit

There are 100 founding seats. The counter on the website shows real sales. When they're gone, the offer ends and won't come back at this price.

If UGCdesk ever closes

You get at least 90 days' notice and can export all your data (deals, contacts, invoices as PDF and CSV) before the service ends.
