Before you ask
Is the founding seat really a one-time payment?
Yes. You pay $69 once and keep every Pro feature for as long as UGCdesk exists. AI features have a fair-use limit so a few heavy users can't drive costs up for everyone. Read the founding terms.
When can I use it?
Founding members get access in mid-January 2027. If UGCdesk isn't ready for you by 31 January 2027, you can ask for a full refund.
What if it's not for me?
Ask for a refund within 14 days of getting access and you get all of it back. No questions.
Which countries does it work in?
Invoices start with presets for the US, UK, Canada, Australia, Germany, Austria, Switzerland and the rest of the EU. Anywhere else, you set your own tax lines and notes once.
Is my data safe?
Your data is stored on servers in the EU, never sold and never used to train AI models. You can export everything at any time.
Does UGCdesk replace my accountant?
No. It keeps your invoices tidy and your numbers in one place, which makes your accountant's job easier. It isn't tax advice.

UGCdesk is a product of Miraix Creators, a small software studio in Switzerland run by Matthias Rötzer. You'll talk to the person who builds it.
